Numerical solution of coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical processes and
example problems of verification with measured data

Abstract
First we mention the context of fully coupled equations of three
physical phenomena in rock materials - heat conduction, continuum
mechanics (stress), and fluid flow - and their numerical solution in
engineering problems including software. Then we show particular
problems solved by our team with different parts of the general
coupling: the first case is the numerical model compared to laboratory
measurement, the second case comparison between numerical methods
within international community, the third case shows the effect of
coupling strength.
