Workshop Mathematics in Industry

The aim of the workshop

The aim of the workshop is to foster cooperation between industry and mathematicians working in academia. There will be five presentations of successful collaborative projects. Most presentations will consist of a pair of talks given by a representative of industry and a mathematician. Besides mathematical and industrial perspective the speakers are encouraged to describe the genesis and evolution of their project as well as gained experiences and benefits of mutual collaboration.

Workshop format

The workshop will be held ONLINE via Zoom. Registered participants will be informed on details for connecting to the presentations via email address used during registration.

The workshop is organized by the Institute of Mathematics, Czech Academy of Sciences and EU-MATHS-IN.cz.
